How Deep & Big Is Hell’s Pit?
We need to know that that realm is eternal, since we’ve been told, that it is a realm of “eternal” damnation.
This ‘eternal nature’ of it easily indicates to all of us humans, that it can easily contain or house all the human population that would exist upon this earth, since the human population is known to have a ‘finite’ number, while living in a finite realm.
Therefore, it is really deep and also spacious enough to accommodate all these souls that need to be punished there. In addition, it would be able to do so until all sinners are kept there till the end of this finite universe.
Moreover, think about it, if our God Almighty can create a universe so big with so many planets in it, in which the entire human populace is living or occupying just as a small fraction of it or just one of its planets, with also has so much land reserves un-occupied by us, wouldn’t God be able to create the realm called Hell which will able to accommodate a fraction of the human population, if some men are going to be saved? Think a lot about this.
Moreover, if we should strictly follow the pattern of the “Mosaic” tabernacle, which is seen as the pattern or the model God vividly used in creating the Heavens, Earth and Hell, you would realize that Hell corresponds with the larger part or section of our God’s tabernacle model.
THE TABERNACLE OF GOD
HELL, UNIVERSE & HEAVEN IN CORRESPONDING LOCATIONS & SIZES
Yes, the largest part or aspect of God’s tabernacle, called the Outer Court, represents Hell (the section below), whiles its middle side or section represents this Universe (which is called earth by God), and the Heavens beyond these galaxies of Space, is being represented by the Most Holy Place of God’s Holy Tabernacle.
Therefore, by corresponding sizes, “Hell” is really big enough to swallow all inhabitants (including present, past and future generations) put together, since Hell (being represented by the Outer Court), is very much bigger in size than the earth together with its Universe, a realm which is signified by the Inner Court of the Mosaic Tabernacle.
Well, that means, beloved, if not for that grace from our Lord Jesus Christ, we would have all been swallowed up today into this abyss, with a very much space left for other creatures-maybe.
So Hell, considered as a great pit (for the spiritually dead), is actually big in size and deep enough to swallow up all the things here, with much of its mouth opened up, still longing for more.
May God help us:
Thank you.
